JOHN SUNUNU WINS REPUBLICAN PRIMARY FOR U.S. SENATE

John Sununu tonight won the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate, advancing to the general election after a primary campaign centered on affordability, independent leadership, and putting New Hampshire first.

“As Senator, I’ll have just one job: stand up for the people of New Hampshire every single day,” John Sununu

said. “We will keep listening, keep working, and stay laser-focused on the economy, jobs, and making life more

affordable.”

“We will clean up Washington and hold politicians in both parties accountable,” Sununu continued. “I’ll push

term limits, make Congress pay for the full cost of their healthcare, and cut Congress’ pay if they vote to shut down the government.”

“The New Hampshire way needs to be the American way,” concluded Sununu.
